I’ve visited this salon several times in the past. A month and a half ago, I went in for a touch-up and was initially told it would cost $50. However, on the day of the appointment, they ended up charging me $75 because they said they needed to even out the tone of my hair and apply a toner to remove the yellow from the bleach. I agreed because the woman who attended me said, “Don’t worry, I’ve fixed your hair—next time it will be cheaper since it’ll only be a regular touch-up,” as she had already evened out the color. In the end, I paid around $110 including the tip. Today, a month and a half later, I went in for the same service—just the touch-up, no haircut or anything else—and they charged me $175. I understand that the cost of materials might go up and that it could be slightly more than last time, but an extra $100? Honestly, I didn’t want to argue because I value people’s work, but I simply won’t be returning to that salon or recommending it to my friends.
Terrific service, great prices, and request Marlene for an even faster haircut experience. Peruse a list of premade styles or choose a custom one based on your desires. Hairdressers there are very outgoing and friendly, and offer service to children and adults alike. See for yourself!
